It is a simply beautiful vanity. Original hardware, dovetail joints, gorgeous detailing. Matching bench, recovered with grey Dupioni silk (pics to follow).
But
The color. The finish is quite exquisite.
Sure, there’s lots of cheaper vanities on the market.
But
There’s nothing like this one. This is what I do. I refinish pieces for today’s lifestyle. Annie Sloan Amsterdam Green with grey: moody and sexy. Who said that to be ‘feminine’ it has to be pink, or white, or grey, or light blue. I challenge that.
There is nothing like this.
